Day Yoga Retreat

Having recently returned from Bali, and with my yoga retreat in Spain only around the corner, I bring you a Day Yoga Retreat.
This day is an opportunity to drive in deep into self love, self development, nurturing your mind body and spirit right on your door step! Being the bank holiday three day weekend, it’s the perfect way to spend your day.
Your day will include:
A welcome juice full of amazing fuel.
A welcome ceremony meditation including lots of music dancing and laughter and joy.
Asana (poses) class. The movements and flow sequence will build up, creating power while moving with elegance, pleasure and self empowerment
Sharing a Yummy , yummy buffet style healthy lunch. 
Circle group time/ discussion.
A yummy slow flow cultivating real awareness, power and self love. You will leave this class feeling gorgeous!
Being hosted at the Gin Lab, there will be an opportunities to purchase a coffee or maybe a G&T if you fancy.
At the end of the day, the Granchester mellow and river are just around the corner, so a the opportunity to stay relaxed and sit on the grass is always there.
