The Retreat: Mountain, Meditation & Yoga
Thu 9th July- Sun 12th July 2020
“Not all who wonder are lost “
Embracing nature and the power of it’s healing, this retreat is extremely close to my heart. I am hosting three days of reconnecting with yourself with Mountain Leader Tom, allowing you to remove and recover from the daily stresses of life through fresh air and adventure.
Using the joy and peace of the mountains we aim to create a retreat that will make space leaving you with peace and clarity. You will be awestruck by the magic of Mother Nature while turning inwards through mindful movement and guided meditations.
Tom’s knowledge of the mountains will allow you to be guided to an experience you will not expect. With a background in strength and conditioning, his passion for the fitness, walking, and adventure is infused into his job showing people the beauty and peace of the wild mountains.
