The Summer Solstice: A Time for Celebration!

During my time in Bali I was so inspired and motivated by the practices I attended and the people I met. I gathered and absorbed a range of holistic practices all that physically and energetically awaken the inner.

This evening workshop celebration is designed to celebrate bloom of Summer; filled with a collection of light, love, and colour the evening will involve discussion, food, breath work, asana (poses) cultivating into a whole sensory experience.
I will be opening my doors and hosting this celebration in my home. As many of you know, I have been spending the last year building my dream home with my partner. For me , this is the biggest celebration to fill my home with open minded individuals open for love and light.
