What is this program?

A 7 module program designed to provide you with tools to reconnect to yourself and live your truth.

With a combination of online content, live group coaching calls, guided take always you can continue to use again and again.

Designed to build on and peal back your true self. Working to YOUR lifestyle and commitments, providing a supportive container to build self accountability.

This programis suitable for all levels and ages. A basic understanding of the asana would be helpful. The movement part is only one part, and remember this is your journey.

What to expect from the program

  • This is designed to coincide with your individual lifestyle. The initial plan helps you you to decide when and how often, you just have to stick to it!
  • Each week will receive an asana/movement based class to work on the physical body. Theses will be tailored to the theme of the week, working with building strength, resistance, flexibility, release and balance to name a few.
  • The modules will use a combination of breathwork session to balance, energise and stabilise your system.
  • Guided meditations and visualisation sessions to reprogram your subconscious.
  • Journaling and questions and prompts to work through.
  • Weekly check in group coaching calls to keep you focused and build connection of others on the similar journey.

I’m not based in the UK, can I still join?

Of cource. The main focus of this program is it is currated and structured by YOU.

Can I do a payment plan?

Yes, if paying for the whole course out right isn’t an option yes is is possible to in three chunks.

I’m havne’t practiced in ages, will I be ok?

This program is designed to be more than just a physical yoga class. the asana is used to create space in your body and modifications are always options.
