Yoga and Meditation Class- Time for You
Monday 6.15-7.15pm- Horningsea Village Hall
This class follows a similar structure each week. Beginning with breathing exercises and breif meditation. We then warm the body by connecting movements together to allow the body to flow. With this focus on the body, the mind becomes held. The second half of the practice is yin yoga. we hold poses for slightly longer, allowing for deep relaxation and an opportunity to pause.
