My life changed when I left my corporate job living in the UK and embarked on a solo trip around the world. This adventure lasted two years , where I traveled physical mileage but also traveled deep within; turning into a process of self discovery and personal growth.
I have been teaching this yoga practice since I first qualified in May 2015. Initially being taught in the holy city of Rishikesh, a small town in the foot hills of the Hymilays , Northern India.
Beginning to teach and share, my travels took me to Indonesia where I completed my second training with Les Leventhal at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.
Since I have practiced, learnt from and trained with Meghan Currie, Jambo, Ana Forest.
My style of teaching is to try allow your true spirit to breath again. We go through life so structured on this hamster wheel of list, diary dates and trying to cram every minute of our days with something constructive.
Over the years of practicing and teaching I have learnt that this is it. Don’t take things to seriously, allow yourself to be wobbly some days and be strong the others.
I am still learning everyday. I wish to use my life as a projection of what I feel inside when I. The feeling I get when I practice, and the knowledge, wisdom and tools I have gained over the years, I just wish to share.
We can’t plan, we don’t know what’s going to happen…so let that excite you and think what’s possible! So take an extra breath, be kind, and ma every decision be filled with love.
